Waste Less Works dismantled horse stables at the Missoula County Fairgrounds. We are offering one of these buildings as a complete package for $15,000. The package consists of the metal shell with a steel skeleton. The lumber that divides the stalls is not included. The walls are constructed with interlocking metal panels and the roof is a standing seam panel. It is roughly 120' long, by 20' wide. The building has 15 doors along each side, for a total of 30 doors. These doors are 2-piece swinging dutch doors, constructed from plywood with 1-by frames. The building also includes 3 manually operated roof vents. The building was sitting on concrete footers which are not included.
