Waste Less Works dismantled a beautiful hand peeled 1500 square foot log cabin located in Hamilton, Montana. The main living area is open so rooms or stairs could easily be added. The three covered porches protect from the elements as well as create elegant outdoor entry and relaxation spaces. The cabin logs and posts are being numbered and tagged according to professional architectural drawings. Please look at the photos and imagine this as a handsome home, cabin, or business location. Included in the log package are 10 windows complete with trim, five exterior french doors and three Russian pine interior doors. In addition, most of the old cedar can be reused as well as the copper gutters and 110,000 BTU forced air furnace. All roof sheathing and joist material as well the 2x6 tongue and groove ceiling boards are also a part of the package. Former Casino - Log Kit SOLD

This unique log structure measures 50' x 80' and has an additional front porch and rear enclosed porch. The structure is unique because there are no load bearing walls. All exterior walls are machined 11.5" fir logs. The roof system is comprised of glulam beams and purlins with 2x6 tongue and groove sheathing. The purlins are on 6' centers and add a depth and strength not found in common buildings.

The bar and back bar (seen in the second gallery below) are for sale individually. All fixtures and misc building materials to be negotiated.
